Furusato Izayaka is a small, new free company. Though small, we are mighty. Looking for like-minded members to make a nice community of players. The Japanese word "Izakaya" is fusion of "i" meaning "to stay" and "Sakaya" meaning "Sake shop", reflecting the historical origins of places where friends and communities alike can enjoy sake and meals well into the night. That's exactly what we want to bring to this FC: a place to sit down, eat, chat, and have fun.
And what happens after you do that? You get <<eepy>> ᶻ!
You certainly don't need to have an interest in Japan or drinking to join us, players of all interests are welcome here.

FFXIV is her first mmo but that does not make her less determined to succeed .ᐟ White Mage, Sage, Dancer, Reaper, Black Mage, and Paladin she is equip to handle any roll needed in a duty! She genuinely tries her best to make sure all feel welcome in their stay at Furusato Izakaya, even if that stay is not long. Outside of XIV, she can be seen on Overwatch and Palia, from MMO to FPS to Cozy she games it all.ᐟ
Kohi Sato
Riji ✶ He/Him/His
Has been playing MMOs since diapers (literally) and knows your pain of grinding for that one item. From a stalwart defender (Warrior/Paladin), to a snake-like slicer (Viper), and sometimes looking at the stars (Astrologian), he can backfill into your dungeon/raid in no time ;p Brings a light and laid back energy and is willing to help with anything from a duty to a craft, can usually be found outside of Mitsu's house like a loyal stray cat- er . . bun.
Kyp Halcyon
Riji ✶ He/Him/His
Star Wars Galaxies, Runescape, WoW, skip a few hundred, FFXIV since Launch day of ARR. Prefer the double D's of damage. (Dancer and Dragoon! C'mon now!) Previous raid experience in Stormblood and Endwalker! Once a lala - always a lala at heart. He is almost always listening to his own music over the duties we are queued for and afking the moment he logs in (affectionate). Always down for roulette or farming if available! No thoughts, no braincell!

What events does Furusato Izakaya host?
- "Any Level" Map Nights (for those who have gotten a not current map and for members who are under level cap)
- Party Finder for Level 100 maps, monthly giveaways
- FATEs Fridays (and any day anyone wants to do them)

During new expansions we run Reduce Rates II and Heat of Battle II 24/7 to allow members to get to the new level cap faster. After awhile of the new expansion being out we will switch out Heat of Battle II to That Which Binds Us II to allow for faster spiritbonds for materia! When an MGP event is happening we run Jackpack for an additional bonus. Currently, we are running That Which Binds Us II and Reduce Rates II.How do I move up from Edamame?
All players when joining the FC are given the Edamame role, this role is for new members to gauge their fit with us. During this time, the only way to move up to Joren is by being a member for one month and attending at minimum two in game events within the one month period!
